    Does this change serve living beings and the Earth?
    Does it reduce harm, increase wellbeing, or protect nature?
    → If no: STOP. Find another way.

  GATE 3: SPEED
    Is this change faster than what it replaces?
    Does it reduce complexity, overhead, or waste?
    → If no: Optimize first. Speed is a virtue.

  Only changes that pass ALL THREE gates are deployed.
